Mix with Buff Tint using a 1:1 ratio
Mix with our Hybrid Stain at a 1:2 ratio (Developer:Stain)
Our Oxidant Liquid has a creamy formula that blends with our Buff Tints and our Hybrid Stain for a consistency that is easy to work with.
Brow Dye Developers activate the colour molecules in the tint/stain/dye by opening the cuticle layer of the brow hairs. This allows the dye molecules to penetrate deep into the hair cortex for that intense colour.

It’s the 1st time I have irdered this and the lash tint despite 2 previous orders being lost in transit! However it was easy to apply along with the lash tint and developed within 10 mins for me (blonde eyebrows) and a pleasing colour.
