Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. No orders are dispatched on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. If you place an order on a Saturday, it will be processed and sent the following Monday.

UK Delivery Options

Free UK delivery on orders over £70, automatically applied at checkout via RM 24 Tracked. DPD Next Day is available for £3.99 on qualifying orders.

Order Cut-Off Times

• Royal Mail services: order by 8pm Mon-Fri for same-day dispatch
• DPD services: order by 4pm Mon-Fri for same-day dispatch

Please note: DPD does not deliver on Sundays. Next Day orders placed on a Friday after 4pm will be delivered Monday.

Taxes and Duties Notice

Orders shipped to the countries listed below are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means import taxes and customs duties are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and you'll be responsible for paying them before your parcel can be delivered.

The carrier or your local customs authority will contact you directly with the amount due. Charges are set by the destination country and are based on the value of your order, so we're unable to calculate or estimate them in advance. Parcels are usually held until payment is made, and may be returned to us if charges go unpaid.

If a parcel is returned because import charges were refused, any return shipping costs and unrecoverable duties will be deducted from your refund.
